Valentines Day

It always surprises me how quickly things change. In the past year Ed and I got married, moved half way across the country, got pregnant, bought a house, had a baby, and settled into the craziness.

Last year we celebrated our first Valentines Day as a married couple. I bought a new dress, made a romantic dinner, and we read the wedding vows that we never got to read to each other at our actual wedding (thats a whole other story). Fast forward to this Valentines Day and I have spent the day, not with my loving husband, but with the sweetest Valentine in the entire world….

I'll take that smile any day!

2012 Resolutions

I have never really been the type to make (and/or keep) New Years Resolutions. As we all know, by the end of February most of us have thrown those seemingly brilliant ideas out the window. That being said, one of my resolutions this year was to start a blog (and see…we’re already into February and here I am!).

I am hoping this blog is a way to share with you and the world my daily shenanigans in the world of marriage and motherhood. Also, as a military family, I hope it gives us the opportunity to stay connected with the family and friends that we dont see often enough.

You’re here…so thats a good start. Jump on board the crazy train and lets see where we end up!
